Learn about our terms and conditions agreement.

  • A 15% gratuity will be billed to all rides. Gratuity is calculated on the base fare, stop time, wait time, and any holiday surcharges that will be added and itemized on the customer’s billing statement.
  • The following are subject to additional charges when applicable: two-way tolls, airport fees and Cell phone usage.
  • All rides are subject to 13% GST charge as required.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • All bills are calculated in the Canadian currency.

Airport / Wait Time / Stop Time

  • Sixty minutes of free waiting time given on all Domestic flights from the official posted arrival time. Seventy (70) minutes of free waiting time given on all International flights from the official posted arrival time. Additional waiting time will be calculated in increments 15 minutes at the vehicle’s hourly rate. 15% gratuity, tolls and parking are additional.
  • For all other reservations, 10 minutes of free wait time is given. Any additional wait time will be charged in 15 minute increments based on the hourly rate for that particular vehicle.
  • Crown Toronto Limousine does not monitor private flights or train schedules. therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving on a private plane that is delayed by more than 10 minutes.
  • Passenger requested stops on route during a point-to-point reservation will be charged:
    – Sedans = $10.00 per stop for a maximum of 5 minutes per location.
    – SUV = $10.00 per stop for a maximum of 5 minutes per location.
    – Stretch/Sprinter = $15.00 per stop for a maximum of 5 minutes per location.
    After the allocated 5 minutes charges will revert to the Crown Toronto Limousines hourly rate.

Cancellation and No Show Fees

  • Any deposits (cash, checks or credit card authorization) will be non-refundable for any reason, if any cancellation occurs from renter’s side. Deposits are charged on the credit card you provide with this contract/reservation. Some jobs don’t require deposits so the credit card is authorized in that case for the full amount. Taxes are applicable with all credit card transactions so balance due amounts above may by slightly off. The open balance is due immediately at the beginning of the agreed job. The renter authorizes the immediate non refundable deposit & the final payment, states that she/he is the authorized purchaser for this rental contract, the authorized cardholder for the given credit card, responsible and liable for payment of the total amount, per cash, credit card or money order.
  • Cancellation within the allotted time will not incur any charges. To avoid cancellation fees, customers must notify a customer service representative of a cancellation at least 24 hours in advance for Sedan and SUV orders. Cancellations are accepted by email at info@Crownlimo.ca and by phone at 416-223-4999 or Toll Free at 1-855-223-4999. Failure to cancel in the allotted time will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 15% gratuity.
  • Cancellation of stretch limousines and Sprinter Vans require a of a three day (72 Hour) notice from date of service. Failure to do so will result in a charge of the vehicle’s hourly minimum.
  • Wedding and Prom cancellation requires a thirty day (30 Day) notice from date of service. Failure to do so will result in a charge of the vehicle’s hourly minimum.
  • If you would like to postponed a service for another date you will be charged an administration fee.
  • Based on the information provided in the reservation, If Crown Toronto Limo is unable to contact the passenger or client within 20 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, the service will be abandoned and will be charged a no-show charge. A no-show fee is equal to the base fare price of the trip plus 15% gratuity plus GST will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location.
  • TO AVOID A NO SHOW CHARGE CALL 416-223-4999 or Toll Free at 1-855-223-4999 if you cannot locate your vehicle.

Other

    • NO SMOKING in vehicles
    • No illegal drug use of any kind is permitted
    • No alcohol consumed by anyone less than 19 years of age. Violation may result in early termination, no refund.
    • All unruly persons will be dropped off at the sole discretion of the driver with no refunds.
    • Customer agrees that overtime will be billed at the contracted rate and agrees to pay any overtime charges. Overtime will be rounded up to the nearest half hour.
    • All entertainment including CD’s, DVD’s, and/or VHS tapes are to be provided by the client.
    • If the limousine is unavailable and there is no replacement prior to your scheduled rental you will be refunded the full amount.
    • The driver may ask guests to lower audio sound levels or excessive noise by guests. Failure to comply may cause the service to be terminated without refund.
    • The person who signs the contract will be responsible for all damages. Damages will be charged at 125% of the repair cost. Including but not limited to gum,
      food, or drink spills. The contract signer is responsible to inspect the vehicle chartered prior to departure to determine any previous damages.
    • Seating is required at all times while the vehicle is in motion. CROWN LIMOUSINE is not liable for injuries to guests who are not seated during transit.
    • $ 20.00 per broken glassware
    • $ 50.00 gum in the carpet
    • $ 100.00 when you open ESCAPE HATCH for no reason in NON EMERGENCY situation. You can open the hatch only if you have to exit during emergency.
    • $ 100.00 minimum for extensive cleanup (spills, etc.)
    • $ 150.00 detailing and wax (due to sickness-exterior)
    • $ 180.00 shampoo and disinfecting (due to sickness interior) ($ varies per incident)
    • $ 50.00 interior deodorizing
    • $ 500.00 per damaged seat, $ 300.00 per damaged carpet, $ 750.00 per damaged mirror ($ varies per incident)
    • $ 300.00 minimum for each burn hole, rip or tear to upholstery ($ varies per incident)
    • $ 200.00 minimum for each act of vandalism ($ varies per incident)
    • $ 100.00 for smoking in the FOR HIRE vehicle (limo is a public place according to the laws)
    • No Food Allowed
    • $ 2000.00 opening a Car Door into another Vehicle or Stationary Object ($ varies per incident)
    • Triple charge of above listed amounts for all removed / stolen items from vehicle
  • Crown Toronto Limousine Service and its Affiliates are not responsible for any abandoned plans, missed flights, or losses due to circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances could be causes beyond its reasonable control, acts of terrorism, acts of God and Nature, road closures, travel congestion, accidents, and weather and flight delays.
  • Crown Toronto Limousine service and its Affiliates are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicles. We make every effort to locate property that has been left in one of our vehicles. Crown Toronto Limousines reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning the found item. Crown Toronto Limo reserves the right to change or supplement these Service Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Service Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Crown Toronto Limousine Service after terms changes or supplements indicates your acceptance of the Terms as changed or supplemented.
